SHIPPING:

Canada:

  • Shipping within Canada is free on all orders $100 CAD or above, after applying any discount codes and before taxes.

  • We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $10 CAD on orders below $100 CAD.

  • All orders are shipped within 2 - 3 days after they are placed. Estimated time of delivery is usually between 2 - 7 days, depending on the delivery address.

  • We ship all orders using our trusted delivery partners including Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and UPS.

 United States:

  • Shipping to the United States is free on all orders $100 CAD or above, after applying any discount codes.

  • We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $15 CAD on orders below $100 CAD.

  • All orders are shipped within 2 - 3 days after they are placed. Estimated time of delivery is usually between 5 - 7 days or longer depending on the delivery address.

  • We ship all orders using our trusted delivery partners including FedEx, Purolator and UPS.

  • Our US customers may see estimated taxes calculated during the first step of checkout. However, they shall disappear at the final step of checking out and you will not be charged any taxes. Please note: any import duties and taxes assessed by customs in the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS:

We hope our products find a forever home, in your home. However, if you wish to make a return, we'd be happy to help!

  • You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
