Give your interiors a pop of colour and craftsmanship with our stunning Kantha quilt and bedspread! Steeped in a centuries-old tradition, this Kantha quilt is made using two layers of cotton fabric hand-sewn by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India.

It is lightweight and made without any filling, making it perfect for year-round use. Layer it over neutral or white bedding or pair it with one of our hand block printed bed sheets for a vibrant look. It can be used as a bed cover, coverlet and throw blanket. It features a multicolour print on one side and plain solid colour on the other side.

Kantha is an ancient form of embroidery originating in the Indian Subcontinent. Traditionally, it was a way to reuse old sarees and pieces of fabric by sewing them together in a simple running stitch. Over time, Kantha has evolved and has been globally adapted in unique ways to fit seamlessly into modern homes and lifestyles.

Care and Composition: Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and remove immediately. Iron on cotton setting if required. If you see any loose ends, do not pull them out. Make sure to trim them with a scissor.

Embracing Imperfections: Actual product colour may vary from the photograph. This product is handstitched and may have small irregularities. Minor imperfections and uneven stitching are not considered defects and reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of the craft.
